Important: When you reject a case, neither you nor the Dentist can access to its imaging data.
To reject a case from a Dentist, follow these steps:
Log into DEXIS IS Connect using your email address and password.
Select a case in
the list and click .
In the Reject Case screen, edit the default email message if necessary.
Click Reject.
The following things happen:
The case disappears from your case list.
The Dentist receives an email that states that you rejected the case.
The status of the case in the Dentist's case list changes to Rejected and the submission data is no longer available.
