Searching for a Case

To search for a case, follow these steps:

1. In the Case List, click in the search field at the top of the list.

2. Enter at least three characters into the search field.
   The search function automatically searches patient names, case numbers and Laboratory names. Search results appear in a list below the search field.
   Note: Laboratories cannot search by patient names.

3. Click on a case in the search results to view it.
   The Case List displays the selected case only, and the Case Display displays details of the selected case.

To clear the search field, click in the search field.
